A dacha renovation project near Minsk has turned into a large-scale private residential project. In discussions with the client, whom we rightly consider our co-author, the Marina project was born, named after our and the client's sincere passion for yachting on the one hand, and the location of the land in the immediate vicinity of the largest reservoir in Belarus on the other. The architectural and urban appearance of the building was determined by the proportions of the plot, which extends in one direction. The slope of the terrain allowed for a convenient entrance to the garage from the driveway. The design of the house has been completed. The Marina private dwelling was designed on a complex topography, which on the one hand complicated the design of the structures, but on the other hand made the architectural appearance of the building more dynamic and expressive. It has organically entered the relief and the surrounding volume of the development does not look bulky, but at the same time it is impressive in terms of surface and comfort. This private residential house is a single-storey project with extended gable roof overhangs, which are not only a distinctive architectural feature, but also protect the house from the sometimes harsh weather conditions of the Belarusian climate.
