Design - 2020 / Implemented - 2021 Gomel. Belarus
The interior of the family home "Overloft" for a young married couple was created during a bold experiment in which we acted on the same side as the client. The first word that came up was "Loft". The very fact that the client mentioned this style in connection with a house made of layered wooden blocks piqued our interest. And the more we moved forward in creating the interior of this house, the more we forgot about style boundaries. Half of the furniture in this house was custom-made by the highly skilled craftsmen at Masterwood in Minsk, which again untied our hands. Clearly defined client preferences and enough freedom to allow us to design a house that would be a joy for the client and for us. And when the project was ready and implementation began, we remembered where we started. We remembered that we were doing a "Loft". We looked at the interior and we realised it was something different. It was already an "Overloft"!
